What we collect

When you order a report: your email address, the website address you want audited, the report tier and language you chose, and the payment status. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.

When you download the free guide: your email address, your language and your consent to marketing emails, which is required to get the guide. You can withdraw it any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email.

When you use a free tool: the address you entered and your IP address, which we use only to limit abuse.

When you list yourself as an optimizer or contact one: the details you type into the form, such as name, email, links and message.

How we use it

To run the audit you paid for, email you the report and status updates, answer support requests, process refunds, and stop abuse of the free tools. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your site's audit to market to anyone else.

Who processes it for us

Dodo Payments handles payments as merchant of record. Supabase stores our database and report files. Vercel hosts the website. Resend sends our emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people. Anthropic's API powers the audit agent, which receives the public content of the site being audited but not your email address. Google PageSpeed Insights receives the address of the site being audited.

How long we keep it

Report download links expire after 30 days. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. People who opted into emails stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Rate-limit records are deleted after a short window.

Cookies

The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The admin area uses a session cookie for signed-in staff only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can unsubscribe from any email. Write to us from the address you used.
